His 30 years of diversified leadership experience in both the private and public sector, both in Canada and internationally contributes a broad perspective and vision for the team.

Bob has held executive positions involving Claims, IT, restructuring and management positions in underwriting and branch management

His extensive knowledge in claims management, efficiency gains, integration of insurers, pro active strategies and a record of demonstrated focus on costs, profits, stakeholder interests and seeking opportunities to add value to organizations. Expertise in the development and implementation of expense management practices, through standardization and technology.
